We've been testing these pedals for quite some time now.  We have intentionally used them with our Look Keo cleats to make sure they worked with these as well as the ones that come with the pedals.  We are happy to say they do.
A great pedal should be invisible...if you are thinking about your pedals, you are distracted from your riding.  You should be able to clip in and out cleanly without much thought and you shouldn't feel any clicking or creaking in the spindle. These pedals have been performing equally as good as the Keo 2 Max pedals that we've used in years past.
Included with this package are the left and right pedals as well as the 3-degree cleats. Available in oil slick/titanium finish, you will be sure to impress the riding buddies!
