    The Wharton Valley Railway was incorporated in 1888 to construct and operate a road extending northeasterly from New Berlin (Chenago County) to Edmeston (Otsego County), New York, in the south-central part of the state (a distance of about 7 miles). The road was built in 1888-1889.
    Condition:  Very Fine++
