    Vintage US Military Naval Reserve Medal Faithful Service w/out Ribbon.
    The best information I could get on this, is that it is a Naval Reserve Medal circa 1940s to 1950s.  This one is in really nice condition for, an award issued in the spirit of Faithful Service, featuring the Eagle and Anchor.  However, the Ribbon pin that was once attached is with the piece no longer.
