    The decision as to whether the door will get delivered or shipped depends on your location. Upon purchasing, you will receive pictures of the door's current condition. We will need approval before shipping.
    Free Shipping doesn't include west coast states:  Alaska, and Hawaii.

    Return Shipping
    Return shipping is at the buyer expense if you change your mind or the item isn't compatible. If the item is damaged in shipping we will take care of this issue. Please send pictures to verify the damage.
    OGT Delivery
    For large items that are not time-sensitive, OGT delivery is an excellent, cost-effective solution. Northeast states only. This option can decrease the shipping price by about half that of freight, but in most cases will take longer.  Our trucks are in New York City weekly. We will not be able to guarantee a delivery date, up until the point that the driver calls to set up the appointment. Message for a quote.
    Oversize Loose Ground
    All doors marked Free Shipping will be shipped this way. Processing typically takes 1-2 weeks to handle & pack. The oversize box will be delivered at the mailbox, please plan ahead to secure your package. The delivery man will not carry it any further than your mailbox.
    Store Pick Up
    You can pick up your order at any of our New York City stores or our Scranton, PA National Warehouse. Processing time may take up to 1-2 weeks, depending on the original location. We also have a location in Los Angeles that we ship a large freight container to several times a year. There is an additional handling charge for this option - please contact us for more details.
