This listing is for an  Original Penn Central Railroad Rules for Conducting Transportation.
First issued to " W.F.BeBeau " effective April 28, 1968. Mr. BeBeau keepped this rule book until some time after Mar. 1987.  Revisions were posted to this rule book in 1971,1972,1975 can be seen in some of the photos. 146 pages.
Very good condition.
