Here's a note to absolutely astonish you. I bet you've never seen anything like this!  I've enjoyed having this and others like it in my collection, but now its time to put a few of these out there.
This note is a Stunningly Gorgeous!  PMG-67 SUPERB GEM EPQ!  Highest grade known on a 1976 low serial star and the lowest 1976 C* (Philadelphia District Star) known as well!  This is a trophy note!  Goes super well with its mirror sister serial 1976 #H43A that I have up on Ebay as well.
Beautiful inks, paper and embossing.   The scan doesn't do this note justice.  I have listed other single and double digit low fancy serials s.  They are as rare as hen's teeth!
With the way fancy serials keep climbing, these low fancy serial notes are sure to keep appreciating nicely.  They are as rare as they come.  I have put together quite a collection of them.  Perfect notes to collect and invest in.
