Two Handled Carnival Glass Cup or Sugar Bowl

Description

Here is a vintage two-handled cup or sugar bowl.  I see no chips.  There are some lines in one of the handles, but I don't think they are cracks.  See photos from all sides, as well as the one with the ruler for size reference.
