Rare experimental Web Note. Never to be  printed again.
Think / read :  They printed these and  stuck them into
general circulation in 1988 with-out telling the Public or
our  own officials.  I caught on *fast* when I was 34 years old
(now  67) and notice the slightly different look.

while  others were *ghostly looking* > not enough ink or
pressure  was used on the WEB PRESS. *BAD QUALITY*.
They (bureau of  printing / engraving) didn't care  but  cut  them up and put them into Circulation ... I searched for them for  years ..going to the Bank and  asking  the Young Tellers for  .00  bills by the Brick ..this was 27 years ago now my collection is for sale (before I croak) .

well, you have a great find because not many exist at all.
Remember this was an experiment that failed.
These are experimental notes tested on  a WEB PRESS .
All notes are decent circulated.

failed & the Printing equipment junked ....
They can't  make any more...and  when Polymere Notes (plastic) start
getting  printed in the USA ..all paper notes such as this  one should move
higher in value ......  get it or regret it  -->  NOW !
