Here's a note to astonish you. I bet you've never seen anything like this!  I've enjoyed having this and others like it in my collection, but now its time to put a few of these out there.  I have listed notes consecutive to it, , BH99999992Y, BH99999993Y, & BH99999994Y as well as other matching 99999992Y-99999995Y notes.  Grab the whole set of 4 notes or put together your own awesome set as you choose!  I managed to put 3 sets together that had 4 or more consecutive 9999999x notes. This note is part of my last one.
This note is a beauty. It easily grades at least a stunning GEM CU.  All the high serial notes are from the almost unheard of "Y" suffix!  This is the highest suffix the BEP prints.  Beautiful inks, paper and embossing.   The scan doesn't do this note justice.
What most people don't have a clue about is that the 1999 s printed for these Federal Reserve Premium Sets--#X9999xxxxY, were the absolute lowest print run in BEP history--only 4000 printed for each block and only a SCANT 2000 issued!  Eventually this fact is going to come to light and collectors (and dealers) will be scrambling for these notes as their prices go thru the roof!
Amongst the few #9999999x notes we've allowed to leave our collection, we have not sold one for less than 0/note.  Their normal retail is 0-0 for 99999991-99999996.  They 99999997s and 99999998s easily retail for 00+ on the rare opportunities that they pop up and manifest.
With the way fancy serials keep climbing, these notes are sure to keep appreciating nicely.  They are as rare as they come.  I am the only person to put together consecutive sets like these, as I own the majority of all these 7 of a kind, #99999990-99999998 High Serial notes from the 1999 Premium Sets, and have put some up for sale here on Ebay and elsewhere now.  I sold off the only two intact sets, #99999990 and 99999998 and now I am letting some of these go.  Perfect notes to collect and invest in.  Quite a steal at my offering price!
