.  The East Line opened to Euclid in 1986, and to El Cajon (via Lemon Grove and La Mesa) in June 1989, two months earlier.  This scene has completely changed since the photo was taken! For one thing, the U2s have been retired.
5 x 7 print from raw digital image, originally from a Kodachrome slide.
Printed on highest quality glossy photo paper. Mailed in a flat brown manila envelope. Signed (discreetly) by the photographer on the back of the photo. © 2022 Peter
