O Premium Waters Silver Tankard Cup Glass Holders Pair 2 Metal

O Premium Waters was a water company that, according to the BBB, is no longer in business.  These holders are silver in color.  I do not know the metal content.  They are shiny and reflective.  The last photo is how they looked when they were tarnished before I cleaned them with silver polish.  They cleaned up very nicely.  They came from an antique mall in Prescott, Arizona.
Both have a round discoloration just left of the handle.  Probably where stickers once were.  There is also a slight dent just under the logo on one of the holders.  I tried to photograph these as best as I could.
The bottoms are open.
