Nortel Bead Core Liner, complete. Video instructions for use are online. There are a couple chips to the paint, that is the way I received it, see pics. It has never been used and has been on a shelf for many years.

Details
CORES 1/8 – 1/2 INCH This new bead core lining tool has innovative and unique features to enable quick and easy tool changes for a large range of liner sizes. The machine comes complete with a variety of sizes of ballstyle forming tools for core liner sizes 1/8 up to 1/2 inch diameter. Larger sizes of tools will soon be available for core liner sizes from 5/8 up to 1 inch diameter. All steel forming tools are hardened and polished to prevent scratches and marks on the formed liner. These same tools can also be used on the lower steel platform to assist in forming both ends of the core liner. All tools easily click in and out of the vertical ram for quick change. An integrated tool rack keeps forming tools handy and organized.
