3M type 99B playback deck with stereo heads in both repro and record positions - so, yes, you can pair this with the proper record electronics section. NOTE this machine needs work and a good once-over cleaning, perhaps - power section works but the capstan motor does not engage or turn. the capstan is not frozen. The motor and electrical connections should be examined.
No power cord included.
