Historic Vintage Edwin Lundie Dutch Door Three Piece Set. Includes Door (in casement), Storm Door and Screen Door. Salvaged from an Edwin Lundie teardown in Minneapolis. This set is a bit of a project in that the main door has been very weathered and will need to be worked on. The joints are a little loose and will need  re-gluing. The main door is missing a door knob on the lower section and the screen door is missing door knobs as well. The screen is also missing the hinge halves that mount on the casement. We can include replacements at no extra cost. We also have a lot of door knobs and can provide an appropriate looking replacement if desired. The main door has a herringbone pattern that faces out. The photos show a brace that is currently there to keep the unit sound and would easily come off to work on the door. The storm door is solid wood and has nice wood peg construction at joints as shown. The screen and storm do not open in the Dutch style but are designed to have that appearance. The main door is a working upper/lower Dutch style. All pieces will probably require repainting. The screens are original and sturdy as is the storm door and require little attention.
Although there is some work to accomplish on this set, it is an historic piece of Edwin Lundie architecture and well worth the extra effort in my opinion. Due to the nature of the pieces this unit is sold as is with the understanding that a woodworker will be required to get this back to perfection.
