Item Description
Up for your consideration are two pair of cast bronze doorknobs, designed by
Clarence Hatzfeld
(American, 1873-1945). They were removed from the Logan Square Masonic Temple (Chicago, added in 1921), where they were custom designed for. There were
manufactured by the P & F Corbin Company, and have an intricate monogram design.
They measure 2.75" tall, and the round base plate is 2.5" in diameter. They are in excellent original condition, with a rich, even patina. No dents or dings. Two doorknobs have a square receptacle, and the outer two have a round and threaded one.
