To me, this poncho runs small which makes me think it's for an older child or maybe for a teenager or small adult. It's 18 inches from the neck to the bottom and roughly 18 inches from armpit to armpit. The graphic on the front is a touchable puffy material. There are two arm holes on the sides. Poncho is in wonderful clean condition with no rips, stains or any unusual odors.
