Comfort platform for caged pedals

Description

Mounting holes are 2.25 in. c-c.
Could be drilled for whatever is needed.
3 7/8 IN. wide x 3 3/4 in. long
Never have seen anything like this before.
These were on caged pedals on a touring bike.
If you get sore feet, this might be the answer.
These were definitely made in a factory.
Where you insert your foot, the metal is down turned for easy entry.
The bottom cleat is sheet metal and this appears to be fabricated.
I run a garage bike shop and procure many vintage things.
