Antique Huge Architectural Green Gate Large Salvaged Doors
This handsomely carved gate/doorway was likely a grand rear entrance into the private home of a successful businessman in the late 1800's. The spectacular original teal green paint catches ones eye, drawing you in to appreciate the unique carved details including dentil molding and columns.
This rare set of extremely large doors is part of a remarkable collection currently in our inventory; see other door listings for additional options while available.
The entryway door (with door handle) is to the left, while the center and right "wings" opened together to allow a horse drawn wagon to enter.  Crackled, weathered and worn, it shows the aged distress of generations of use. We do have the vertical trim seen missing in the lower mid section and will be included with purchase. Old vintage doors make and impressive and unique addition to modern homes, but almost always need to be adapted by a professional contractor/installer and are therefore sold in as is, unaltered condition as we found them in Europe. Missing/broken items,uneven edges, minor losses are age-related.

and are experienced at handling antiques properly. Most of our furniture weighs over the 150 lb. limit or maximum dimensions that UPS or USPS allows. Due to these limitations and the necessity to properly handle our pieces, we use a freight shipping company with over 50 years of experience. Freight shipping is the safest and most affordable means to deliver coast to coast. If the item is smaller, we use UPS unless another carrier is specified.

they pick up from our store (only 1 day a week). If you live on the East coast delivery will be closer to 20 business days.
