    Old RARE cardboard DIXIE ice cream lid made in USA for  Breyers. Different series of photos were made on underside
    of lids between 1930 and 1954 as movie stars, sports and animals. The " circus animals " was the first series in 1930.
    This lid is #15 ,

    one of the 24 Animals Heroes of Dixie's Circus radio stories each Saturday evening.
    It measures 2 3/16" in diameter without the tab and is in fair condition, the tab is missing. Please see scans for more details.
