Salvaged from the former, "Manteno State Hospital," in Manteno, IL. Considering their age and their original function, these doors are in great shape. None of the doors need any work to install. They all have cosmetic blemishes (i.e. chips, dents, small breaks, cracked molding, etc.), but that's part of what makes these doors so cool! No door has rot, warp, broken/cracked joints, or any other serious issues.
