Victorian Entry Door w/ Glass & 1 Panel
Robust
, antique, exterior door salvaged from an old home in Northeastern PA. It's made of solid  Douglas Fir or pine, and is stained and finished on both sides.
When most people hear "pine" they think of a cheap, weak,  and soft wood. New pine hewn from 10 - 20 year old trees doesn't have the   same insect-resistant,  rot-resistant, or even fire-resistant qualities  that old pine, hewn from trees hundreds of years old.
Old pine is  also much harder and stronger than young pine

There is a window with old glass and 1 recessed (flat)
panel below the glass. The molding around the window and panel are raised (applied) on the exterior side of the door--nice feature!
Hardware
:
The door is not equipped with  any hardware. However, we have a good selection of period hardware to outfit  it (check out our eBay store).

Uneven Height
:
The door's height was unevenly cut by 1/4" at some point.  We could cut the door to an even 82 7/8", cut  it shorter/narrower, or even  build it up to make it taller/wider

Condition
:
The door is
strong, sturdy, and in excellent condition. It only has nicks and scratches, but no  breaks, cracks, gouges, rot, warp, or any other serious issues. Most of the  blemishes that it ha
s will  disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and  whatever  remains will be subtle, "character marks".
The glass is intact and also in great condition with only subtle scratches.
Strip/Refinish
:
We could   strip/refinish, or partially or completely strip the door to  prepare it for you  to repaint or refinish.

Swing
:
The  door is set up to swing inwardly towards the left or outwardly towards the  right. However, we can modify it to swing in the opposite direction--

Modification
:
We could  also modify this door to fit your opening or suite your needs. We could  make a  frame, trim or add to the height or width, replace glass with screen, reverse  the swing, plug the hardware holes, etc. Email us with a small  description of  what you would like done, and we'll give you a quote.
