Salvaged from an old, home in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The door is made of solid oak and is completely stained. Except for a steel pull, no hardware included. The door is strong, sturdy, and in excellent condition. It only has nicks and scratches, but no breaks, cracks, gouges, rot, warp, or any other serious issues. Most of the blemishes that it has will disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and whatever remains will be subtle, "character marks". The door has 1 screened section. It has rips and holes. I'm not sure that the holes are big enough to warrant replacing the screen, but that's up to you to decide. We could replace it if you prefer--Message us for a quote. The bottom hinge style corner was damaged at some point, the previous owner repaired and affixed a brace to the corner to reinforce it (See last photo) All though the corner is strong, we could remove the brace, access the repair and redo the repair if needed--Messa-*FULL DESCRIPTION BELOW*
