Salvaged from an old home in Ohio. The door has 1/8" oak veneers covering a solid pine core. No hardware included. On the exterior side of the door, there is a chip in the pivot hinge mortise, on the bottom of the hinge stile.On the interior side of the door, there is a chip in the bottom of the hinge stile.Otherwise, the door is strong, sturdy, and in great shape with only surface scrapes, scratches, small nail holes--minor cosmetic blemishes, which would be removed during the finishing process or covered if painted.The door's height was unevenly cut by 3/8" at some point, most likely to compensate for an old warped floor or settling foundation. We could cut the door to an even 80", cut it shorter/narrower, or even build it up to make it taller/wider. Dimensions:29 7/8" W x 80" - 80 3/8" H x 1 3/8"
