Salvaged from an old home in Central New Jersey. The door is made of solid Douglas Fir or white pine and is completely painted white. No hardware included. The height was unevenly cut by 1/2" most likely to accommodate a warped floor or sagging foundation. We could cut it to an even 78 5/8", cut it narrower/shorter, or even build it up to be wider/taller. The door is strong, sturdy, and in excellent structural condition. It has the typical nicks, scrapes, and scratches, which will disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and whatever remains will be subtle, "character marks." There are no breaks, cracks, rot, warp, or any serious issues. The door is very well-built and is ready for another lifetime of service. The door is set up to swing into a room towards the right, or away from the room towards the left. We could change the swing. Dimensions:30 1/8" x 78 5/8" - 79 1/8" x 1 3/8"
