Salvaged from an old home in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The door is made of solid Douglas Fir or pine and is completely painted. The door has a traditional Victorian style, 4-panel arrangement but the panels on one side are recessed (flat) and have molding, while the panels on the other side are raised and don't have molding (shaker style). No hardware included. Considering that the door is over 100 years old, it's in excellent condition. It has nicks, scrapes, and scratches. However, after some sanding and filling with wood putty, most of the cosmetic blemishes will be removed, and once stained or painted, they will either be invisible or barely noticeable. The door is strong, sturdy, and ready for another lifetime of service.The hinge mortises span the thickness of the door so you could put your hinges facing forward or backward, which will allow you to install the door to swing in any direction.
