Salvaged from an old home in Northeastern PA. The door is made of solid Douglas Fir or pine wood and is stained and finished on both sides. No hardware included. Considering the door's age, it's in great condition. It has the typical scrapes, scratches, and small nail holes that you would expect to find on an old, used door. However, there is no warp, rot, or serious breaks or cracks. Once the door is sanded for a new coat of paint, or stripped to refinish, most of the blemishes would be removed. What remains will be covered by paint or stain, and only appear as a "character mark." The door's height was unevenly cut by 1/4". The uneven cut was made to compensate for the home's settling foundation or a warped floor. We could cut the door to an even 76 3/4", cut it narrower and/or shorter, or even build it up to make it bigger. The door is set up to swing into the home towards the left or outwardly towards the right. Dimensions:29 7/8" x 76 3/4" - 77 1/8" x 1 3/8"
