Elegant, rare, antique door salvaged from an old,  home  in Northwestern Ohio.
The  door has a solid Douglas Fir core covered by 1/8" thick birch veneers.  It has a  single, recessed (flat) panel with beautiful, wide, stepped molding. The door  is stained on the exterior side and painted on the back.
Hardware

No hardware  included,
however,  w
e  have a good selection of period hardware in our eBay store, and tons more in our  physical store.

Condition
:
The doors is strong, sturdy, and in great structural condition. However,
the veneer on the top rail of the interior side has  water damage and a cracked corner. If you're planning on painting, the crack  could be filled with compound and the veneer sanded. If you want to stain, the  veneer maybe salvageable, but you won't know till you sand. It may be best to  replace it.
O
therwise, the door has no rot, warp, broken or cracked joints, or  any other serious issues. Most of the blemishes that it has will  disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and whatever  remains will be subtle, "character marks."

set  up to swing into a room towards the right or away towards the left.  We could  change the swing
