Salvaged from an old apartment building in Harlem, NY. The door has a solid birch core covered with 1/8" thick birch or mahogany veneers. It has a single, recessed (flat) panel and is painted white on both sides. No hardware equipped. The door is great shape with no serious flaws like broken or damaged joints, deep cracks or dents, rot, or warp. It has nicks, scrapes, and scratches, which will disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and whatever remains will be subtle, "character marks." It is built like a rock and ready for a few more lifetimes of service. The door is currently set up to swing into a room towards the right, or away from the room towards the left.
