    Hardware
    :
The doors come with all of the hardware necessary to  install and use. Each pair comes with 2 tracks and 4 rollers.
They are also equipped with their original  locksets. Judging by the design, I think the locksets were made by, "Penn  Hardware Co," of Reading, PA. The brass-plated steel pulls have a handsome, Arts  & Crafts style design.  The edge pulls slide out  when you push the buttons on the lock faceplates.
If you want to install your own hardware, we could sell the doors  without the tracks and rollers for 0 less and locks and plates for 0 less

    Condition
    :
Considering that  the doors are about 100 years old, they are in excellent condition!  Generally, pocket  doors aren't abused like swinging doors since you can't kick or push them open.  They usually stay hidden in the wall that  they slide into or kept open to act  as a wall. If you come across a pair of pocket doors that are beat up, it's  probably due to the way they were removed. If you don't know what you're doing,  you have to force them out and that's where the bulk of the damage comes from.  However, the contractor we got these from knew what he was doing and cared about  how  he removed them.
Aside from the typical nicks, scratches, and scrapes; the doors  are free of any serious breaks, cracks, rot, warp, etc. However, there are 2  small chips near one of the panels on one door of Pair#1. Door#2 of Pair#2 also has 2 small chips on and near one of the panels, there is also a  small gouge on the bottom corner of the door.
(Message us for close up photos of the aforementioned blemishes)
