    This is (ONE) F-2033D* Federal Reserve *STAR* Note. Issued for the Cleveland OH Federal Reserve District. Series of 1999 Serial # BD03353308* with signatures Withrow & Summers. It has no folds, stains or pin holes. I purchased this note directly from the BEP about 15 years ago. I do not try to grade my notes because collectors always seem to have different opinions but, in my opinion, it is in CU condition. I do try to describe and illustrate them as accurately as I possibly can. For a better look I will email the actual scans at your request.
