There is no such thing as free shipping. NO carrier, not the U.S. Post Office, not FedEx and not UPS, offers FREE shipping. Therefore, if an auction states "Free Shipping" the cost of shipping is obviously incorporated into the selling price of the item. EBay has now started to take 9% commission on the SHIPPING COST! If you pay via PayPal, they take another 3%! So, those two entities, well, they're actually one in the same, take 12% of the shipping cost. Someone has to pay that and it is you the customer who does. I have had to raise all of my shipping costs to cover those fees. I apologize to all of you, but I have no control over the increases.
