Therefore, if an auction states "Free Shipping" the cost of shipping is obviously incorporated into the selling price of the item. EBay has now started to take 9% commission on the SHIPPING COST! If you pay via PayPal, they take another 3%! So, those two entities, well, they're actually one in the same, take 12% of the shipping cost.
