    This is a circa 1960's Colorado State Patrol police patch. It is in blue wool felt embroidered with the state seal and motto NIL SINE NUMINE (Nothing without Providence).

    Circa 1960's.
    SIZE:
    Approximately 4” in height and 3-3/8” in width.
    CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS:
    Wool felt embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester threads, mesh backing.
