Vintage metal framed wooden
industrial
shoe rack.  The frame is made of 1" steel pipe and has 3/4" wooden
dowels. Its in a weathered natural finish, with some remnants of black paint along the top board. It Has a composite material  caster wheels that do turn, but 1 is sticky. The rack does have complete  3/4" upright dowels, but 1 is split. The left side bottom is broken loose and will need be fixed, but does still hold in place, see (last photo) .

. This is a salvaged piece, nails, nail holes, minor splits and cracks should be expected. Overall this roll cart is in solid condition. Great for plant stand or put in shelfs for storage, or garage.
